He has worked with renowned organizations such as IREX, Internews, and UNICEF, training journalists, youth, and civil society groups. As a seasoned media trainer, Kapila specializes in mobile journalism, social media, and conflict-sensitive storytelling. His expertise includes project management, reconciliation initiatives, and empowering marginalized communities to amplify their voices through storytelling. Kapila has trained hundreds across Sri Lanka on digital tools, fostering innovative and impactful media practices. He is passionate about creating transformative narratives for social change.
