GRANTS MANAGER

Rajanayagam Kohilanath joined SDJF in September 2023 and remains the Grants Manager for the Small and Mighty Grants Program. Kohilan earned an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Diploma from Coventry University. Kohilanath is a seasoned manager with over 25 years of experience leading and managing projects for both for-profit and non-profit organisations.

Kohilan is a devoted human rights advocate who specializes in program and grant administration. With extensive expertise in human rights and archives management, he consults for a wide spectrum of national and international organisations. His previous assignments include Programme and Grants Manager at the Neelan Tiruchelvam Trust, Managing Director of Gokul Future Vision (Pvt) Ltd, Project Manager at World Vision Lanka, Data Management Consultant at The Social Architects, and Project Manager at Home for Human Rights.
