Prasanya Pakkiyaselvam is a registered trained coach for women entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka, Freelance activist for gender based violence and capacity building for women and youth. Mainly focusing on advocacy for inclusion and transgender community protection rights in Sri Lanka. Having 20 years of community empowerment experience especially in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka with Strong PR skills and networking capacity platform.

Recently Specialized in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of Enhancing women’s political participation through improved capacity and knowledge of women for enriched social political culture of SriLanka and, Enabling Civic spaces for Democratic Youth Leadership with district wise small grant project implementation, and also completed TOT of religious freedom and Pluralism (ACTED), Pandemic Preparedness for Sri Lankan Hospitality Industry ( S4IG)v, and women hygiene and well being (FPA). Expert in research methodology and techniques (DVV international).
