Dr. Darshana Ashoka Kumara

Dr. Darshana Ashoka Kumara holds a  PhD in Philosophy from the University of Peradeniya and has a BSc, Postgraduate diploma in Writing and Mass Communication, MA in Mass Communication and MA in Sinhala Language in his bag of higher education qualifications.  Dr. Darshana has been a practicing media personality cum academic in the country for almost two decades.  He is a columnist and a foriegn affairs analyst.  Dr. Darshana is an Executive Committee Member of the Sri Lanka China Journalists Forum (SLCJF), Member of the State Radio Advisory Board of Sri Lanka.  He is also a renowned writer in mass studies and has authored and published eight books, so far.  Dr. Darshana is a visiting lecturer to the University of Colombo, University of Kelaniya, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and other leading higher education institutes.
